CD 10 Workshop
The Core Disc 10 Workshop which is Accredited with Fitness Australia (worth 6 CEC's) will give you the comprehension, confidence and skills to put together training sessions for clients for different strength, weight loss and rehab goals, levels of ability from beginner (no previous exercise routine) to professional athletes. You will be able to construct fun and engaging training sessions of varying time duration that can be all sliding disc training or used in conjunction with other cardio and strength training routines.
Clients that purchase a CD10 will also be able to do the exercises and training plan at home- great for time poor, travelling or conscious clients that feel uncomfortable or aren't able to regularly get to a gym.
The 1 day (8 hour) workshop will have attendees working in pairs and groups as well as individually to develop and trial the exercises, correct method and catering to varied fitness levels.
Within a group context and peer assisted learning in a motivating environment the workshop will cover:
- Development of stability, mobility, core strength, balance, speed, core activation and power
- Basic prinicples of the Core Disc 10 based on a combination of horizontal and vertical movements
- Designing and performing a group training, sport specific training and Personal Trainer programs
- Assessment through a theoretical and practical application of knowledge and skills gained
